“Community is the soil and we are the seed.”
Community Meditation
When we practice together, we tap into a collective energy that supports and inspires. We sense an inter-connectedness that reminds us that though our struggles may be different, we all wish to struggle less.
By facilitating in ways that promote an atmosphere of gentleness, curiosity, and respect, it is my hope that participants recognise the value in sharing their own insights and challenges.
Together, we practice taking a curious and non-judgemental look at our own struggles while supporting each other’s ability to see the way through them.
Though not required for resgistration, donations of any amount are appreciated.

This course offers an introduction to meditation, mindfulness practice, and the benefits of cultivating a personal practice of our own.
Each session includes seated practice, basic instruction, and time for open discussion. Our primary focus will be mindfulness meditation with the intention of developing steadiness, resilience, and clarity of mind.
The over arching intention of this course is to offer a supportive and welcoming environment in which each participant, whether newer to practice or more “seasoned,” feels inspired to share their own insights and discoveries.
Therefore, sessions are not recorded.
Instead, we choose to show up LIVE for ourselves and each other. In this way, we tap into a collective energy that supports and inspires each of us to embrace who we already are and how we are feeling may that be restless, bored, tired and the like.
What’s Included:
5 Weekly ZOOM sessions (total of 5 hours)
1- 30 minute ZOOM call to discuss any missed session and/or further support student experiences and/or discoveries about the practice. (Optional)
