I offer practical meditation and mindfulness practices for people who think they are too busy, too overwhelmed, or too responsible for everyone else to tend to themselves.

I support parents, care partners, students, first responders, and anyone curious about caring for their mind-body not as an escape rather, as a practice towards living a more engaged life without being swamped in the process. Students often report re-discovering a more compassionate relationship with themselves and the world in which they live.

When we mother our minds with kindness we meet the world with compassion.
