*Everywhere But Here is an introduction to meditation, mindfulness, and the benefits of personal and group practice.

Each of the 5 sessions includes seated practice, basic instruction, and time for open discussion. Our primary focus is mindfulness meditation with the intention of developing steadiness, resilience, and clarity of mind.

We will hold a supportive, inclusive space where participants — whether just beginning or more “seasoned” — feel encouraged to share their reflections and personal discoveries along the way.

Therefore, sessions are not recorded.

Instead, we choose to show up LIVE — for ourselves and one another. In doing so, we tap into a shared energy that supports and inspires us to fully embrace who we are and whatever we're experiencing in the moment — whether that’s restlessness, fatigue, overwhelm, or anything in between.
