WHAT TO EXPECT
Sessions are LIVE via the Zoom platform.
Each 50 minute session includes basic meditation instruction, discussion, and tips for navigating common obstacles that arise when we attempt to root new habits and ways of being.
Clients are encouraged to email between sessions for additional support as needed.
Short audio recordings of basic meditation instruction are delivered right to a client’s inbox when additional guidance is requested.
