Community meditation group
When we practice together, we tap into a collective energy that uplifts and inspires. Practice invites us to meet our own struggles with curiosity and compassion, while supporting one another in finding our way through them.
By facilitating in ways that promote an atmosphere of gentleness, curiosity, and respect, it is my hope that participants recognise the value of sharing their own insights and challenges along the way.
Practice includes basic instruction and is open to all levels of experience, including none!
