Why “Mothering?”
“I use the word mothering not to describe a role, but to describe a way of relating—to ourselves, and to our inner world.
To mother the mind is to meet it with kindness, patience, and compassion. It’s about cultivating an internal relationship that is steady, supportive, and whole. It's not about being perfect. It's about showing up—again and again—for what’s happening inside us. It’s about how we care.
Everyone is welcome here—because we all need tending, to ourselves and to each other.
